Information you give us. When you fill out a form or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you choose to share. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name, email address, company name and the contents of your message when you use our contact form.
• Your name, contact details and the résumé or CV you upload (including anything contained in that file) when you apply through our careers form.
• Your name, contact details, city, state and ZIP code, date of birth, physical characteristics you choose to share (such as playing age, gender and height), experience, links to your work, and the headshot, photos, résumé or audio files you upload when you apply through our talent sign-up form. For applicants under 18, this form is completed by a parent or guardian, and we also collect the parent or guardian's name, relationship, contact details and consent (see “Children’s privacy” below).
• Photos, captions and any name or details you include when you take part in a community submission or promotion.
• Anything you type into our on-site chat widget or send us in the course of a conversation.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or link that referred you. We also process IP addresses briefly to detect spam and rate-limit form submissions.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Review and follow up on job applications.
• Consider you for casting in the video, photo and audio productions we create for ourselves and our clients.
• Feature community submissions across our channels, where that is the purpose of the submission.
• Operate, maintain, analyze and improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
• Protect the site against spam, abuse and security threats.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic and understand how our content performs. Some are set by us and some are set by the third-party services listed below.

We rely on a small set of trusted third-party providers to run the site and communicate with you. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Chat widget provider: powers the on-site chat so you can message us directly.
• Google reCAPTCHA: helps protect our forms from automated abuse, where enabled.
• Resend: delivers the form submissions and emails you send to our team.
• Supabase: securely stores the files you upload through our talent sign-up form.

These providers may collect information directly from your device in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• With the service providers above, so they can perform their functions on our behalf.
• When you submit content for a community feature or promotion, that content may be published publicly on our website or social channels.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property or that of others.

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was provided for, for example, to respond to your message, evaluate an application or meet a legal or record-keeping requirement. Form submissions we receive are retained in our email records. Talent submissions, including uploaded photos and files, are kept on file so we can consider you for future productions until you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time (see your rights below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California, among others, may have additional rights under local law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Talent applicants under 18. A minor may be considered for casting only through a parent or legal guardian, who completes our talent sign-up form on the minor's behalf. In that case:

• The parent or guardian provides the minor's name, date of birth, general location, description, photos and any files. We use the parent or guardian's email and phone number, not the minor's, and contact only the parent or guardian.
• We record the parent or guardian's name, relationship, confirmation and electronic signature, with the date, as their consent.
• We use this information only to consider the minor for casting in productions we create. We do not sell it, and we do not publish a minor's photos or details without the parent or guardian's separate written permission.
• We keep a minor's submission only as long as it's useful for casting, and a parent or guardian can review, update or delete it, or withdraw consent, at any time through our contact form.

Our website may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be highlighted on the site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
