Official Rules: Enjoy Eagan Vikings Draft Party Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The “Enjoy Eagan Vikings Draft Party Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Enjoy Eagan, located at [Insert Address] (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Minnesota Vikings, Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Des Moines, IA; Fargo, ND; and Sioux Falls, SD who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or members of the same household are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on April 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form found at www.forwardmindedmedia.com/minnesota-vikings-draft-party-giveaway during the Promotion Period. The form is accessible via digital display ads, social media posts, and a banner on the Enjoy Eagan website. Entrants are required to provide a valid email address and agree to be added to the Enjoy Eagan email newsletter list. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- Four (4) tickets to the Minnesota Vikings Draft Party (Date TBD),
- A two-night (2-night) hotel stay in Eagan, MN (standard room, double occupancy),
- Four (4) tickets to the Minnesota Vikings Museum,
- One (1) $200 dining gift card to use at participating Eagan restaurants,
- One (1) item of autographed Minnesota Vikings merchandise.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,010
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about April 21, 2025. Winner will be notified via email. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, city, state, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries or email communications. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Enjoy Eagan Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and receiving marketing communications from Sponsor.
11. Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court located in Dakota County, Minnesota.
